Ooh those are awesome! I would love to see these Kaiju brought to life via Tokusatsu at some point, perhaps in a short film or something.

Skorak reminds me of Shogun Ceanataur and its Mega Evoulution from Monster Hunter

Four. Currently, speculation is that there will be a Notzilla, a plant monster, a crystal monster, and Officer Trash an alien monster.

Man, Giga Bash looks really cool and fun. I feel bad for doubting it in the beginning. I apologize.

I mean, everyone accused it of stealing at first. Don't beat yourself up about it. :P

I love the before fight training arena you start in, good way to let people learn the controls or get reacquainted with them before the battle begins. Anyone think there might be an unplayable Boss monster like Cerebulon in War of the Monsters?

A new character has been teased!

If you haven't found it yet, it's the tree. The thorny vines pretty much confirm it. Also, the flower has been seen before: in the icecream image!
Image
Something in common with these two images is that this new flower monster is on top. Maybe, it is important to the plot of the singleplayer campaign? Who knows?

Welp, I'm probably the only person here who hasn't forgotten. Here's some official art of Gorogong while we wait for the tree.

Nah same here, was pretty sad to see such low activity in this thread before you posted this.

Bummed we haven't gotten much news on the game lately, I was hoping to see another character or two revealed by now. I'm sure the game will be worth the wait though! :D

That's probably not happening, and I kinda just want them to focus on their own monsters.

I fully agree. As fun as having Godzilla on the roster may be, this game is taking long enough to come out. They don't need to overcomplicate things and get Toho involved and delay the game even more. Maybe they can make Godzilla DLC far, far down the line, after the game has already come out.

I was under the impression if the campaign did work he would be DLC. If they postponed the game for Godzilla it would seem their using him as a selling point instead of a add on bonus.

Also gives them time to get MV Goji and what ever Toho has planned for two versions.

Gigabash looks absolutely awesome. Looks like the fun Kaiju brawler we've wanted for a while. The designs look great, clearly inspired by older Kaiju films, but simultaneously unique and fresh. I love the snail monster.

I regret being a bit negative and accusatory at first and if the developer is reading this, I'm sorry.

Does this have a release date? Is there something I'm missing?

There's no release date just yet but one of the devs told us (at the Discord) that they're nearing the end of development for the main game. I'd estimate it'll come out Q1 2022.

Release date trailer! Rohanna looks so good!

Also to note: We've seen her name before, thanks to EnerG.
