This is astonishingly short-sighted. Covid is not going to be around forever, we've already got several promising (so I've heard) vaccines in the works, and once it's gone things will be able to go back to normal. Give it a year or two, and this thing will mostly be a bad memory. Even if the current theater chains can't hold out that long and go under, someone new will step in and start up new chains to fill that hole in the market.

It's important to remember that Covid spread so quickly to a wide variety of beneficial (to the virus) factors. Symptoms don't appear for a while, so it takes time for people to get tests and take the precautionary measures; it's extremely contagious and spreads quite easily; and it's mortality rate is low. A virus wants to spread, and killing its host harms its chances of spreading.

That's why it's hard to contain.

Really bad S.A.D. Combined with the inability to travel around=really bad headspace recently. The thing is I’m doing well at work and in my studies, so I don’t have a real reason to be depressed, I just am. Sort of feel trapped in my little apartment, but that’s how everyone feels. I felt trapped in the beginning by COVID but I make sure now to get out at least once a day through a walk or a trip to Target or the store or taking my kids to the park. It's really important not to be couped up all day in your house if you can help it.

I've known of my Type 1 diagnosis for little over a year now but never has a glucose drop felt this life-threatening. I couldn't sit straight, the blood sugar number was so low it couldn't even be read, my heartbeat could be felt clearly. Legit felt like I could die but at least, I'm fine now.

Something along the lines of the Aus. Government wanting to investigate the origins of Covid-19 and trade disputes. Also China is taking advantage of the Australian War Crimes in Afghanistan situation calling all of Australia out for it, when it is actually Australia who pointed the war crimes out and condemned them.
