Just had the worst night of sleep in a while.

Had an anxiety attack, and it ended up with me only having two intervals of three hour sleeps.

Ouch. Had that before and it sucked.

After my shift was done last night, my dad and sister arrived to pick me up and we went to order food from In-N-Out Burger. While waiting in the car line, there was this family outside talking and laughing loudly, perhaps TOO loudly. After a couple of minutes, one of them, a teenage boy, got upset about something and the father angrily yelled at him. The boy walks away and slam his drink on the ground not too far away from our car and then it leads to the father having a stern talk with him. I was afraid that he was going to slap the boy. The family decides to leave, and as they were making their way to the car, the father was starting to mock his son for being upset. He even laughed hard right on the boy's face as a way to mock him. They finally left after that. Remember, this happened near our car, so we witnessed everything. I was worried that the boy or father were going to hit our car out of frustration, but that thankfully didn't happen. That family is really ghetto and it sickens me to see them act like that while at a restaurant parking lot. It sickens me to see anybody act violent to another person, let alone your own family, in public where everyone can see and hear you.
