I want to buy a Robot Spirits Altron Gundam. But it's like 6 years old, with no reissue, which means it has skyrocketed in after market prices.

Cheapest I found, that's new, is in the 115-116$, FOR ONE.

Collecting Gundam is fun. :/

I suppose I could just buy the older MSIA Altron action figure. But...yeeesh I don't know. That is far too outdated for me. Far cheaper, but it just wouldn't be as good.

I really wish Bandai did their toylines like America, several figures in a single series. Rather than anxiously waiting for months which mobile suit is next one by one.

Thanos gonna be a Wal-Mart exclusive. Woot!

Yeah, looking forward to that one. I am a little miffed that I spent the better part of 2 years looking for all the figs. in the original Thanos BAF wave, just to have this new Wal-Mart exclusive Thanos (with infinity gauntlet) prett ymuch make the original BAF obsolete.

Time to get out there and Hunt! My Wally just put them out! $18.84 plus tax. Looks good, but the helmet paint aps are sloppy on some of them, so choose carefully. Most of the A:Infinity War stuff is starting to hit now, so it makes sense that the WM-Excl. Thanos would start showing up...

Picked up the Black Series 6" Jawa, Grand Moff Tarkin, and Rangetrooper( from the upcoming 'Solo' ) for $5.00 each at the local Wal-Mart! Bargains are waiting to be had out there, folks... :D

Anyone ever buy outdated versions of your favorite characters because there's no telling when or if a new updated version will be made?

Yes I bought the Neca Mohawk Gremlin and the Neca Predalien. Of course a new Mohawk was just recently released and a new Predalien is in the pipeline for 2019.

I'm in the process of that with some older Mobile Suit in Action toys. Namely Gundam G04, the only action figure it has is from 2003. It's better than most MSIA toys at the time, but still nothing compared to Robot Spirits.

Ultimate Stripe Gremlin coming later this year...

Check yer Targets! The Black Series Dewbacks and Porgs have hit! If you like minty-fresh boxes, don't wait too long - those Dewback boxes are not gonna weather the shelf well at all. The Porgs may not either - those boxes are SO small, I can see them getting tossed around by little kids A LOT. Funny thing - it was the wife's idea to go to Target today, not mine... :eh:

BTW, the local Wally is OUT of Marvel Legends Excl. Thanos...

^ My Walmart's Thanoses were cleaned out fast, too. I never got one, but I didn't care, so no problem. And I saw two Dewbacks at Walmart today, too. I wanted one, but $60... I don't know. Maybe next check, if they stick around.

I did go ahead and grab a Fallen Kingdom Carnotaurus, though. Not a bad-looking figure at all, especially compared to the junk Hasbro's been crapping out for the last bunch of years. The line in general looks pretty decent so far; not quite as good as the '90s/early 2000s stuff, but plenty good enough. I intend to buy a few more dinosaurs soon. Maybe the Roarivores (or however it's spelled) Triceratops and Baryonyx, among others.

Most the Fallen Kingdom toys aren't bad. Except the Raptors and those ridiculous clown feet.

Even if they aren't perfect, I feel like an effort toward improvement deserves to be supported. If this line makes money, maybe they'll do even better for the next movie, you know?

Robot Spirits GM Cold Climate Type is (at this time) looking to be a mass release and not a webshop exclusive.

I will seriously need to control myself to not buy 6 of those.
