Rules
1. All ties, with the exception of the final match, will be decided by way of coinflip. I will attempt to have a moderator or admin perform the coinflip to avoid any funny business.
2. If a 10 vote lead is established, the Mercy Rule goes into effect, and the losing design has an hour to make substantial progress or the match is ended. In the Round of 32, the Mercy Rule may be invoked after a 7 vote lead is established.
3. All matches are to last 24 hours unless the Mercy Rule is in effect.
4. This tournament is for the TK Community ONLY. Refrain from advertising the tournament on other forums or any other platform. Manipulation of the vote may result in temporary or permanent suspension of voting regarding the match in question.
5. Rules are subject to change if found to be unreasonable. However, this is unlikely to occur.
Format
1.Single elimination from the round of 32, double elimination from the round of 16. Double elimination would look something like this.
2. Team Totals shall be allocated as followed: After tweaking my formual for the Era Standings, here is where we are. So I did 10 points for a finish in the Top 16, 20 for the Top 12, 30 for the Top 8, 40 for the Top 4, 50 for Third Place, 60 for making the finals, and 100 for winning it all.
