Terrestris or Ultima I think could rock a frill. Plus they look standout enough to pull off the look and still feel unique I feel.
Reignited... and hopefully less weird this time around.

I'm a guy with simple interests. Mostly revolving around monsters blowing up entire cities.

I feel FW Goji could wear that frill and make a new, stronger Jirass.

Shin could just adapt a frill to intimidate rival kaijus. Or maybe he could do some crazy KoTM Ghidorah stuff and shoot beams out of it

With all respect to Nakajima, I think he'd get a frill out of that.

Also, if Shin did have one, he'd be shooting beams out of it like he does with every other part of him.
