Not to mention lots and lots of toys, new gashapons, theme park rides, and comics, as well as easier access to most of the stuff in the franchise via streaming services and new blu-rays.

It’s crazy being where we are now and remembering where we were just a few years ago.

By the soul of Tanaka himself, you're right!
Ah man, we weathered the dark decade with nothing more than a combination of fan content, occasional comics, repeated toys, and a few videogames here or there. Now it's like we're in another golden age.

The Godzilla franchise has never been more popular and alive. This is all I've ever wanted as a kid and I'm relishing every goddamn moment of it.

Godzilla is alive and prospering. Long live the king.

Hey, guys, thanks for pointing out the existence of a thread with no remaining relevance. I'm declaring it "dead."
Tokyo, a smoldering memorial to the unknown, an unknown which at this very moment still prevails and could at any time lash out with its terrible destruction anywhere else in the world.
