Human Torch
A creation by Jun Fukuda, the Human Torch was to be the antagonist of the film Invisible Man vs. The Human Torch. However the film was never made, and the character was never brought up again for another script. Chances are the creation died just as Jun Fukuda's career at Toho was washing up.
Note, no picture of Human Torch exists beyond a concept art drawing for the script. The above picture of him is the Toho Kingdom's interpretation of the concept drawing, using it as a model and then coloring it in and fleshing it out a bit.
