One of a handful of proposals pitched before Godzilla vs. Barubaroi that strayed from the "Godzilla vs. Ghost Godzilla" theme, this story was conceived by a member of the Kawakita staff group. In it, the enemy monster was intended to be a bird-shaped monster, similar in nature to Indonesia's demigod Garuda, and would have been an Asian or Tibetan god beast. For the proposal, it was not enough to have a strong new monster defeat Godzilla, but rather to include issues that arise in the story as a result of human error, so that these wrongdoings could also be attributed to humanity and not all fall solely on the destructive actions of Godzilla. |
