The ocean monster Deep-Sea Life was intended to be Godzilla's opponent in one of Toho monster designer Kaoru Kamigiku's side projects for a "Godzilla 7". Excelling in underwater combat, this powerful monster would have pushed Godzilla to the point of desperation as it overwhelmed him in their deep-sea duel to the death - with G-Force contemplating the use of the Oxygen Destroyer against it and Godzilla.
The idea for Deep-Sea Life would not get very far, however, as Toho would end up pursuing Godzilla vs. Barubaroi as the next entry in the Heisei VS Series. |
