Description

The aliens from the Third Planet from the Black Hole were faced with a crisis the likes of which they had never seen before. Their home world, their entire solar system in fact, was trapped within the inescapable pull of a nearby black hole, and it was only a matter of time before their entire existence was completely erased. Thus the scientists of the Third Planet managed to convince their governments to send out exploratory vessels to search the cosmos for a new planet to call their own. Eventually, these pioneering spacecraft discovered the Earth, and the people of the Third Planet schemed to conquer it and rid themselves of humanity in the process.

Unfortunately, things did not go as planned for the aliens. Although they managed to pose as human beings and infiltrate the United States military, they found their carefully laid plans continuously foiled by monsters like Godzilla and Bagorah and even fellow aliens such as the Dianii. Their superweapons, such as Cybersaur and the All-Terraintula, were destroyed before they could be used against mankind. Ultimately, the invading aliens from the Third Planet from the Black Hole were wiped out by an enraged Godzilla, saving the Earth from their rule. Whatever became of their remaining technology, such as the exploratory spaceships that brought them to they world they sought, was never revealed.

Background and Trivia
  • The crafts are never referred to by name. As a result, a mixture of sources are used similar to how Toho names their movie counterparts. This includes sources like the game Godzilla Defense Force, which refers to various alien crafts as UFOs, and the 2005 publication Godzilla: Toho Giant Monster Picture Encyclopedia (ISBN: 4092800525), which references everything related to the Black Hole aliens in English as "Third Planet from the Black Hole".
