With the release of Super 7’s Godzilla 1956 American Movie Poster puzzle, Super7 went all out with a fun and mildly challenging puzzle you can assemble with friends and family.
First impressions right off the bat while holding the box I noticed it’s sturdy gloss mat finish making it a very high-quality box with two nice shots of the American movie poster on the cover.
Opening the box all one thousand pieces are in a sealed ziplock bag and scissors will be necessary to open it, and all the puzzle pieces feel sturdy to the touch.
Six hours in, we were able to find and assemble all four corners and flat surfaces completing the (19” x 27”inches) or (48.26cm x 68.58cm) frame, a large amount of space or a large table will be necessary when assembling.
What makes it quite challenging are most of the puzzle pieces are the same shapes and color of yellow, green and orange, which can lead to some minor frustration to the point where my family and I (who worked on the puzzle with me) took breaks from working on it.
For additional help, make sure to build the puzzle under natural light, outdoors or with fluorescent light as the pieces can be quite difficult to tell apart.
After finally finishing the puzzle, which took us over sixty hours to complete, it was a very satisfying feeling when I placed the final piece of the puzzle. Overall, this puzzle set from Super 7 was a fun time, which I recommend to do with friends or family.
