Outside of Tokyo, the peace was suddenly shattered as Ebirah, a mammoth crustacean, attacked an unsuspecting oil refinery. The Japanese Self-Defense Force took action, and three Type 90 Tanks were sent into the battle zone in order to halt Ebirah's resolve to destroy the facility. As the tanks unleashed their ammunition, Ebirah began to slow down, but the shots seemed to make no progress whatsoever in penetrating his rock-hard exoskeleton. The cyclopean shrimp sent sections of the refinery crashing onto the tanks, and just as fast as these machines had entered combat, they were all destroyed.
