Description

Short for "Search Godzilla System", the SGS was a tiny submersible vessel. It was developed along with the Griffon project by the G-Graspers. The craft was unmanned, piloted by remote control, and was capable of speeds of up to 40 knots. The mini-sub was the perfect surveillance craft for Godzilla. It boasted a hull and wire coverings that were reinforced with radiation proof materials. This allowed the SGS to stay in close proximity to Godzilla when needed.

One of the SGS' first missions was to follow a marker that was attached to the swimming behemoth. Traveling only a few meters away from the living mountain of flesh, the SGS relayed important information of where Godzilla was heading.
