Successors to their brethren, The M24 Chaffee, the M4A3E8 Sherman boasted a slightly altered design. The main cannon turret was readjusted in size, giving not only more power, but also a much shorter cooling time on the barrel, while additional armor was added to haul. Despite these added precautions, the M4A3E8 Sherman Tank met the same fate as its kin in the factory. The machines failed miserably to even present an obstacle against the Mysterians. However, they did seem to regain their favor, when forced to stop smaller kaiju such as Garia. The cannons were actually able to deliver pain to their intended targets, before being ripped up and tossed aside like a child's toy.
