Upon his defeat of the guardian beast Baragon,
the mountainous leviathan Godzilla continued his
trek through the Japanese countryside. The Self
Defense Force launched a squadron comprised of
some of their more deadly aircraft: the F-7J Jets,
a modified version of the SU-27 craft. Releasing
their payload through the added aid of sophisticated
night vision, four silver chariots sliced through
the dark and foreboding sky. The concentrated
effort of the combined attack yielded little result,
and though General Migumo hurriedly suggested
a right-angle trajectory for optimum firepower,
he no quicker made the order than Godzilla's atomic
ray annihilated three of the jets. The final craft
was torn from the sky in a brilliant blaze of
cerulean plasma, and fiery debris rained down
upon the helpless Earth below. Godzilla had bested
yet another foe, and he proved just how helpless
humankind's ultimate weapons faired against the
King of the Monsters.
