Graphic Novel: Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah - Changes

The Coming of the Futurians
Slightly changed from the movie, this scene takes place at the beginning of the manga and the Futurians instead land in the middle of the city. This gives the manga much better pacing; however, at the cost of developing Teresawa.
Teresawa is Briefed
Another location change. Unlike the movie, were Teresawa and company are briefed of the Futurians at the Prime Minister's Office, in the manga this scene occurs with only Teresawa (as the other characters have been cut), and is done in a helicopter which is on its way to the Mothership.
Confrontation with Godzillasaurus
Easily the most changed scene in the manga, this scene now revolves around Terasawa and Emmy leaving KIDS, and being attacked by Godzillasaurus. The scene concludes with a battle between M11, in KIDS, and Godzillasaurus.
M11 Attacks
An added scene for the manga is M11's raid on Terasawa's apartment, which looks nothing like it did in the movie either. The scene ends with M11 being tossed out a window onto a car where he is engulfed in flame, the scene then plays out like the movie, as M11 chases Terasawa's car on foot.
King Ghidorah vs. MBT-92s
The Self Defense Force attempts to stop King Ghidorah's advance with a squad of MBT-92s. This scene actually takes the place of two separate scenes from the theatrical version, those scenes being the jet's attack on King Ghidorah and the battle between Godzilla and the MBT-92s.
Face Plant into Tokyo City Hall Complex
A benefit of the manga format is that the kaiju fights can be inherently more physical than the suits would allow. This, brief, scene change is a good example of this, as Godzilla manages to get in close to Mecha-King Ghidorah, and slams his heads into the Tokyo City Hall Complex.
The Death of Mecha-King Ghidorah
Not satisfied with simply decapitating King Ghidorah's middle head earlier in the story, Godzilla goes for broke when he delivers the final blow to Mecha-King Ghidorah after being carried out to sea. Like before, both of the kaiju plummet into the water below.
Godzilla vs. KIDS
Making for a rather anti-climatic ending. After destroying Mecha-King Ghidorah, Godzilla attacks KIDS, with Emmy inside, from the water. A interesting thing to note is the shape of Mecha-King Ghidorah at the scenes end, as there appears to be barely anything left of the kaiju.
