Story:
The Shobijin have been kidnapped by aliens, and it's up to the new born Mothra Larva to save them. Unfortunately, a relentless horde of kaiju block Mothra's way, and she will have to navigate around them in order to save the two tiny fairies.

Character Details:
Players' take control of Mothra, and start the game with two spare levels. If Mothra's life bar is completely deplenished, and she has a spare life, Mothra will rematerialize from where she died and all enemies on the screen will be destroyed, with the exception of the volcanoes.

Advancing:
Each stage includes three doors, placed in between wooden fences, at the end of it. All three of these doors will allow Mothra to exit the current stage, leaving behind the nearby enemies unless they were horizontal with Mothra; however, what stage the player will end up in next will differ depending on which door is chosen.

Items:
Life-Up
Hidden throughout the game, this power up will only be visible after Mothra shoots the area in which it's concealed with a shot of webbing. The Life-Up will replenish Mothra's life bar.
