Sub-Space

These enemies appear in the Sub-Space stages found in the game, and are probably some of the easiest adversaries Godzilla or Mothra will face..

Dogora Cells (Purple)
The only enemy in the game which can't hurt Godzilla or Mothra, the "purple" variation of the Dogora cells lives only to multiply itself. When destroyed, they drop a Life Capsule for Godzilla or Mothra to collect.
From: Space Monster Dogora (1964)

Dogora Cells (Red)
Identical to their "purple" counterparts, with the sole exception that, when touched, they will hurt the player. Also like the "purple" version, the "red" variation well multiply itself. When destroyed, they drop a Power Capsule for the player to collect.
From: Space Monster Dogora (1964)
Dogora Cells (Small)
Appearing in groups of two, the smaller version of the Dogora cells will move in a horizontal direction while each switching positions, constantly, between themselves. Unlike the "purple" version of the Dogora cells, the smaller version can hurt the player when they collide with them.
From: Space Monster Dogora (1964)
Orbs*
One of the few enemies to appear in more than one stage, the Orbs will move in a circular pattern, horizontally, across the screen, and will damage the player if they happen to come in contact with them.
From: N/A
Side Winder*
The agile Side Winder crafts will quickly move, stopping occasionally before moving off again, across the screen in an attempt to ram Godzilla or Mothra.

Matango
The slow moving Matango will hover back and forth, firing numerous shots at the player, after being spewed out from the Matango Hive.
From: Matango (1963)
