Coming in three different variations, the Matango Hives don't often attack directly, but will populate the area with flying Matango to attack the player. If damaged enough, the Matango will start to fire in all directions to ward the player off and even let loose with an Inferno Craft, or several, if not destroyed quickly and if the player is level 4 or higher.

The Gohten is the pinnacle in the Xilien attack force, beyond their legion of kaiju, and is armed to the teeth with turrets capable of firing on Godzilla or Mothra. The ship features one laser cannon on the front, and three other main turrets on the front (which fire the standard red orbs, except they will swerve midair), along with a side gun which can fire off three, larger, shots at once. Its most devastating weapon, though, is the main turret located up by the deck, which can fire Inferno Craft at the player, as long as the player is level 4 or higher.
