Mothra

LEVEL 1 STATS

One of two monsters the player can control. Mothra excels at mobility, being able to move 2 spaces in the Japanese version and an impressive 4 spaces in the US version. Because of her power to fly, and her small size, Mothra is ideal for navigating through most stages. Mothra also has more Power and Life than Godzilla does. However, Mothra has several draw backs, such as her lack of fire power, which makes her an unwise choice for most Kaiju battles. Mothra also takes damage when certain projectiles, such as laser beams, hit her Eye Beam or Poison Powder Attack, which makes Mothra a better character for simply rushing through stages and only attacking select targets which contain Life Capsules.
