Godzilla: Unleashed (Wii)
Background

Originally pitched by Pipeworks to Atari in December 2005, Godzilla: Unleashed was to be an updated version of the previous title, Godzilla: Save the Earth, as a launch title for the Nintendo Wii, which would have resulted in a very different game. This apparently was nixed by Atari so the project was later re-pitched and in April 2006, pre-production began on what is now known as Godzilla: Unleashed.
