King Ghidorah: Three Headed Dragon
The Heisei incarnation of King Ghidorah plays very close to his Showa counterpart, except he is made far better with the inclusion of his devastating Constrict grab and his Shield to protect him from the more powerful projectile attacks, like Godzilla's Heat Ray. Overall, the Heisei King Ghidorah is a very strong character with no real weaknesses, making him optimal to fight most any opponent.

Moves

Head Pierce (II)

With his jaws opened, King Ghidorah quickly thrusts with his one of his heads to attack the opponent.

Head Strike (While ducking, II)

A low reaching move, where King Ghidorah's central head hunches up before striking near the ground with a good amount of range.

Head Swing (While jumping, II)

As he is in midair, King Ghidorah's furthest head quickly swings out to try and smack the opponent.

Kick (While jumping, Down, II)

While leaping, King Ghidorah kicks out with his two feet to attack.

Shield (Down, Back, II)

King Ghidorah will fold its wings as an invisible barrier will surround him, only becoming present when hit by projectiles for which damage will be completely prevented. The II button can be held to make this move last as long as desired and energy will only drain when damage is actually being prevented.

Dive Kick (Down, Up, II)

For this attack, King Ghidorah flies into the sky before he dives at an angle toward his enemy with his feet extended.

Gravity Beam (Down, Forward, II)

King Ghidorah hunches over to unleash a gravity bolt from one of his heads. The direction of the beam can be controlled by pressing Up or Down while II is held and has six angles that it can be shot from.

Gravity Storm (Down, Forward, I)

The mouths of King Ghidorah's three heads begin to glow as they unleash their gravity beams while strafing the arena, with the only safe spot being the upper corner of the screen. Unfortunately this move can only hit the opponent twice, unless they are blocking, before they fall down and are safe from the rest of the attack. This move also requires a tremendous amount of energy, around 75% of the full bar, which is often better spent in just normal Gravity Beam attacks.

Constrict (Down, II)

King Ghidorah wraps his body around his foe as he proceeds to attack them. Pound for pound, Constrict is one of the best grabs in the game as it's easily executed, requires no energy, and deals an amazing amount of damage.
