The larva raises its upper body and then slams it down to attack.

Uppercut (A and Swing Up)
Mothra jumps and swings its upper body at its foe.

Nose Scoot (A and Swing Left)
Mothra quickly wiggles its body to rush and attack.

Head Swing (A and Swing Right)
The larva rears up and swings its upper body horizontally across to attack.

Tail Poke (B) [Can't Knockdown]
The deity lifts its tail above its head to strike with the tip.

Tail Overhead (B and Swing Down)
Mothra flips on its back while striking out with its tail.

Tail Uppercut (B and Swing Up)
Mothra balances on its head while swinging its tail in a circle to attack.

Tail Whip (B and Swing Left/A+B and Swing in any direction while opponent is behind)
The larva leaps into the air and spins its tail to strike.

Tail Sweep (B and Swing Right)
Mothra rears up and swings its tail on the ground to attack.

Energy Powder (A+B and Swing Down)
The larva roars. This move doesn't appear to have any additional effect.

Health Powder (A+B and Swing Up)
The larva roars. This move doesn't appear to have any additional effect.

Burrow Sprint (A+B and Swing Left/Right)
Mothra burrows underground for quicker movement before emerging automatically.

Web (Hold C - Requires Energy) [Can't Knockdown]
Mothra fires off its webbing. The larva can't move while performing this attack, as otherwise the web will be fired at the ground. This attack will briefly stop after each energy cell is depleted.

Metamorphic Cocoon (A+B+C+Z)
Mothra encases itself in a cocoon and transforms into its Imago form. This process empties the Critical Mass meter, refills her health and grants two full energy cells.

Spiral Dive (A and Swing Down)
Mothra flies up and then swoops down while spinning her body to attack.

Rolling Uppercut (A and Swing Up)
The deity flies in a small circle while attacking with her wings.

Double Wing (A and Swing Left)
Mothra attacks with both of her giant wings.

Rolling Wing (A and Swing Right)
Mothra spins her body to lash out with her wings.

Heavy Jab (B) [Can't Knockdown]
Mothra does a slower but more powerful jab with her wing.

Sting (B and Swing Down)
The deity strikes with its lower abdomen.

Side Roll (B and Swing Up)
Mothra flies to one side and then spins her body to the other to attack.

Headbutt (B and Swing Left)
Mothra lunges to attack with her head.

Slugger (B and Swing Right)
Mothra winds back and then swings forward with her wings joined together.

Wind Shockwave (A+B and Swing Down)
The deity flies upward and then slams her body into the ground, creating a small shockwave.

Cry for Peace (A+B and Swing Up - Requires 3 Energy) [Can't Knockdown]
Mothra cries out, stunning all those in range for five seconds. This move does not deal any damage.

Poison Powder (A+B and Swing Left/Right)
Mothra releases a poisonous powder from her wings. This powder will block projectiles that it comes in contact with and will continously damage any of the deity's enemies who happen to move under it. The cloud lasts for ten seconds, and Mothra can only create one at a time.

Antennae Beam (Hold C - Requires Energy) [Can't Knockdown]
Mothra releases a beam from her antennae.

Stinger Blast (Tap C - Icon use)
The deity releases an attack from her lower abdomen. The blast requires an icon, which appears next to the monster's energy bars, and will come back again 30 seconds after the initial blast.

Flight (Hold Z while in the air)
While in the air, Mothra can use its wings to maintain her current altitude.

Aerial Driver (Grapple Attack)
Mothra flies up, the other monster in her grasp, and then drops them to the Earth below. She then flies directly into them and spins to continue her assault.
