A Button: Wing Clap
- Mothra thrusts its giant wings forward to strike the opponent for an attack with good range. This move can be used while in mid air.

B Button: Headbutt
- Mothra strikes at her opponent with her head. This move can be used while in mid air, and will cause Mothra to lunge forward.

Hold A Button until flashing, release: Antenna Beam
- Mothra, quickly, unleashes a blast from her antenna that will hurt, but can't knock over, the opponent.

Hold B Button until flashing, release: Bind
- Mothra releases a stream of webbing which will encase the opponent, leaving them helpless, for 4 seconds or until hit. The web encased opponent can be thrown, by pressing A.

A + B Buttons, and 2/3 of Rage Meter: Poison Pollen
- Mothra unleashes a large cloud of poison from her wings which damages any opponent careless enough to come in contact. It takes ten seconds for the cloud to dissipate.

L + R Buttons, and 1/3 of Rage Meter: Hatch Grubs
- Mothra throws out a Larva which crawls across the stage and will self-destruct on the opponent when it makes contact. If the Larva reaches the end of the stage, it will turn around. Hatch Grubs may not be used if a Larva is already in play. The Larva will self-destruct if another Rage move is used.

L Button, then A + B Buttons and full Rage Meter: Wing Lightning
- Mothra spreads her wings, and hovers in the air, while she releases seven lightning bolts. Each bolt has the potential to strike a foe more than once.
