The Garoga X-Squadron is a very selective group of soldiers, hand picked by the omnipotent Garoga King. Each selected because of their brutish strength and bloodlust. Highly trained in the most hellish of environments, these goblin like warriors take their orders to their absolute word. Following them, even if it means their own demise.

Summoned by their great leader, the X-squad were labored with the task of capturing a Japanese scientist that held the plans to the defensive force field that protected an important lab, one that if they continued their research they could one day posses technology that would rival that of the Garoga empire. An event that must not come to pass. The pack of goons actually succeeded in infiltrating the security procedures, but unfortunately Zone Fighter saw their true intentions, and with the help of Zone Angel and Zone Junior, they drove the hired assassins beneath the oceans waves. Yet under the waters, the Garoga X-Squadron united their powers, and transformed into the towering demon known to the world as Grotogauros.
