Anyways, AH is annoying. I usually just skim his posts and ignore the short ones. But finding three or four pages of a thread dedicating to complaining about him is a skreeonk ton more annoying then he ever will be.

Seriously, I want to be talking about archaic monster movies with all of you, not some obnoxious super robot fanboy with questionable tastes in everything. He's not nearly as interesting or worth wasting time on.

I could care less about whether or not he stays. But I don't see why we all don't pull a massive "Ignore AH" campaign. Put it in your signature "Member of the Alienhulk2099 Neglect Movement". Leave him all of three people to interact with in his little Anime thread and he'll probably leave on his own accord anyways.

It's civil and it's way more skreeonk effective then wasting a thread complaining. The only reason not to do it is because you like whining about him. This whole "Lets make a huge skreeonk fuss, MOB RULEZ" non-sense doesn't work just because a forum doesn't like someone. And besides that, how effective has it been? in all honesty, has it ever worked before?

...who'll quote his posts and we'll see them anyway. Hence why ignoring a member really doens't work. And honestly, placing "Member of the Alienhulk2099 Neglect Movement" is an awful idea. It will just aggravate him every time he sees it and we know he's not above reporting people who bother him. In the long run trying to ignore him is probably better than everyone mentioning him in their sig.

Why is it that even unrelated topics devolve into this "anti-AH" crusade. I know AH is annoying and I know that a lot of his posts read like trolling, but do any of you honestly believe that you're going to get anywhere by constantly hijacking topics just to discuss banning him? He's reading your posts, reporting you, getting you in trouble - all while you constantly help him build a case against you by derailing every topic just to go after him again and again. Is it really worth the time and effort to go through with this over and over?

The way I see it you can either ignore AH and not let what he says get to you. You can add him to your "FOE" list and whenever someone's posts begins with a quote box that reads "alienhulk2099 wrote", you can skip over it. OR, if you think he's that much of a problem, you can bring your case directly to the admins via PM. You can report his posts in return. All of that is within the confines of the rules and would probably do a lot more good than what you're doing now.

But all this needs to stop. Seriously. It didn't work the first five times you tried it, why would you think it's going to work now?
Can't we just get back to discussing Toho movies already?

How about making a sticky in the GB section and call it "The Burnout Box" and allow people to call others out in it. Actually PROMOTE it as a place to bitch about how people feel about each other, if someone wants to bitch about AH til the cows come home, let it go someplace instead of 5 threads.
