They must really not care for the feet.
Just let them be glad it's not GINO at all. PERIOD. Still the statue is very epic looking and realistic. He does look like a mean alligator! :D

I saw that, and my Barnes and Noble also had the Famous Monsters with Bob Eggleton's Godzilla 2014 cover.

Actually not to sound mean or to contradict how you feel about 98...but in many polls and interviews Young and Old Japanese denizens prefer him over all the other Goji's having 64 on second place.

Yes story wise 98 was heavily flawed and his death was the only reason TOHO took the title out of him but if he had died like any of the previous Goji's(by some explainable chemical or a bigger threat) he would be in the ethos of the other Goji's and rather far more liked by everyone.

I understand there are suits not everyone like(some Heisei fans hate the Millennium suits and Millennium hate Showa, Showa hate vs Heisei and so on) and the same can be said if 98 would have been more widely accepted and a true box office success he would have been in that fight but recognized as a regular instead of the outcast/illegitimate/impostor by some fans.

Yet the point I'm driving is that when 14 was finally revealed many complained that they wanted something akin 98 style and how much they loved 98 when they first saw him and while Japan is not consider a bellwether for what the majority of the fans/consumers of the franchise want it's always interesting that the vocal majority(the smallest percent of consumers) hate him yet majority(including myself) want a 98 SHMA and to this day his merchandise sells for a lot.

It's weird but I know I love them all and I want an SHMA of 98 and all the other G's in my shelf one day ^_^

...???
Good, so I'm not the only one who thought something was really wrong with that statement.
This out of the Opinions/views of Hellblaze commenting on Starsteam previous opinion on the Japan Goji14 promo statue..Hellblaze had said "just let them be glad is not GINO at all..PERIOD." therefore I take he doesn't like him and by this I mean Godzilla 98 or GINO as he also goes by and I wasn't trying to challenge how he feels about 98(that's how I refer to him and many Goji's by the years they were out and not by the period or movie). I have met many fan's on other boards and in person that think that my defending 98 comes as mean or aggressive(which is not true..I'm not trying to change/convert anyone's opinion on things) so that's why I stated that and figured if he read that he would get my point on it.

Also it was widely publicized that GINO/98 was very popular among Japanese fan and none fans of Godzilla having the Showa 1964 Godzilla(Godzilla Vs Mothra as the second favorite) I guess they like him slim and I was trying to point that if it were up to them GINO would be really loved there. But I guess my comment got lost in some part and if I wasn't clear sorry I came up short there....but hope this helps clear thing up about the first part of the post.
