Guys, what were you expecting? It seems like everyone was expecting the movie to be PG... No really, people were actually going there

After all I did type, "As if anyone really doubted." Everyone pretty much knew it as a foregone conclusion.Godzilla 1995 wrote:I don't think anyone is acting surprised, man. I'm sorry, it just always annoyed me when people thought the movie was going to be R or PG. Tohokingdom was better about it, but Godzilla-movies was just awful. I guess I kinda took my anger out on everybody here for no reason

"Intense sequences of destruction, mayhem..." Yes, this is fantastic! I was hoping for "intense" destruction and mayhem, I'm all for this.Mecha-SpaceGhidorah wrote:As if anyone really doubted, we've got an official rating of PG-13.

To think I used Godzilla-movies for news on the new movie.

Re: The Godzilla General Discussion & Speculation Thread
Do you guys think the CGI in this movie is bad? Because some people on The Nation Facebook page (based off of ETN on Youtube) think it looks like shit, especially compared to Pacific Rim. I have no clue how to take and upload screenshots, so I will just tell you guys that some people think that the new roaring shots of Godzilla look like something out of one of those Syfy movies.
Seriously, while some shots seem less polished, the new TV spot shots of Godzilla (aside from the bus scene, which is "meh" IMO) look pretty damn awesome.

compared to pacific rim? He's way more detailed then the monsters, and looks better blended in the environement. From what I've seen so far,it definitely is better.Godzillaman wrote:Do you guys think the CGI in this movie is bad? I agree that Godzilla looks amazing. But this one guy on Facebook said that the first new roaring shot of Godzilla (from the first TV spot) lacked detail and made it look like this was one of those cheap Syfy movies.
