Michael Rooker's a really good actor. Anybody seen Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer or Slither?

SLITHER! Thats where he's from! I was trying to figure out where the hell I knew him from!

Anywhoo, second episode was great. I'm loving this show, and I'm freaking stoked it got picked up for another season.
But I'm pissed because now we have to wait for the second season......sad face.

Good episode, probably my least favorite of the three, but it was still a pretty damn good show.

It didn't have as much action, but the only real thing that upset me is that the season is halfway over :'(

I like Michael Rooker, glad to see he's at least going to have one more episode on the series.

All in all, it's a very good series. I've pretty much had my fill of zombies, but this show is the exception to my growing zombie resentment.

Norman Reedus is another good actor. These redneck characters seem very real to me because I know crazy mofos (literally) like that. They scare me more than the zombies.

^^People in my neighborhood with the accent have used anti-freeze to kill animals on their property...so I believe you. :(

But I have seen one episode, only because I keep forgetting the mini-series is on AMC. I never watch AMC. -_-

Is this a mini-series or just a season? I haven't seen the first episode yet but read the first issue of the comic book. It seemed pretty interesting. I like the direction they are taking. This is definitely on my list of TV shows to get into.

Oh snap!

For a second I thought the person outside of the abusive husbands tent was that guy who cut off his hand, nope, it's a zombie. Several in fact. You think they would have moved their campsite a little further away since they spotted that one a few days ago eating that deer.

Uh...why was no one standing watch? Especially after the zombie encounter that had just happened earlier that day. Didn't we just see them hang up bells and stuff to act as a pseudo alarm system?

Meh, other than these minor quibbles, it was a very solid episode of what's shaping up to be a very solid series.

Thats why nobody was standing guard, they thought they were safe.

I think a better question is why didn't they move camp a little further away. The zombie from the day before should be a dead give away that they are too close to the city and the dead are wandering out.

That's still pretty dumb not to leave a guard. Apparently the bells failed anyway. It would have been wise to to have someone on lookout.

The apocalypse is not a good time to skimp on back up plans.

Man if zombies were real I would be so screwed. I two blocks away from a graveyard, one is across the street of you count the one that had a park built over it, and my backdoor is a glass sliding. The only bright side is that I live close enough to a gun shop to get at least a gun before everyone else get's the same idea and steals them all.

But you gotta think, even with a guard, those people were screwed, everyone who was capable with a weapons were on their way back. But eventually they arrived and blew the shit out of those zombies.

The woman who plays the older sister should win some award for that scene where the younger sis dies. Seriously, it was worthy of something, Oscar, Emmy, Golden Globs, anything.
