It has the AIP version of Godzilla vs Hedorah/Smog Monster and has Godzilla vs Megalon as well.
The quality isn't very good but it's the only way of watching the AIP version of vs Hedorah/Smog Monster.

Also,I'm wondering,do any of you own this dvd?
It's a signature with words. What more can you want?

That set is also a bootleg, if you want a legit copy of Megalon then your best bet is the R4 Madman DVD.

It's a work in progress please suggest to me how to improve it

Or the R2 DVD and make a subbed copy.
Every film should have at least one animal attack.

I have this disk. I got it with a lot of other bargain pin DVDs. The video is a transfer of an old TV print. It's a very wanky full screen transfer with surprisingly strong colors but very dirty and damaged. This disk is not worth anymore then a couple of bucks.

I used to have this. Shit quality, in fact I think Megalon used the same transfer from Alpha Video's DVD, but the AIP dub of Smog Monster is so much more fun than the International version. I gave it away after getting a bootleg of the Japanese and AIP versions.

These are pretty much the observations I made as well. The one weird thing about the print used on here is that the text during the educational sequence explaining Hedorah's origin being from space is in Japanese, as opposed to English on the original AIP prints. I can't understand it, because everything else about the video is the same as the AIP version.

The picture in Hedorah is very odd. It looks to have been cropped for TV, then stretched for widescreen and then cropped again. The whole image is stretched vertically to the point of looking surreal. I wished I had kept this disk. Once I got both films on other formats this disk went in the trash. It's nothing more then a throw back to pan and scan days.

Eh, pan and scan can go die IMO. My reasoning is pretty much explained in one of the introductory chapters to Steve Ryfle's "A Critical History and Filmography of Toho's Godzilla Series" - It cuts off about half the picture for Scope films, and destroys the shot's intended composition. And watching the frame jump around in the VHS versions of Sea Monster is annoying as skreeonk. I can understand nostalgia, I indulge in quite a bit from time to time, but I can't dig pan and scan.
