I wouldn't know, I never saw the series and never will. There is nothing you can say to persuade me that anything that looks like GINO is cute. I see the thing , all I want to do is kill it.
On Topic: Baby Godzilla was quite cute, silly facial features, eating the rose. Daww, hug the baby.

Little Godzilla's my guy! I also think the Mothra larva are cute, don't know why some people think they're ugly. I think Minya's cute too, even if he is an asshole. Baby Irys is kinda cute too.

What's this about Little Godzilla not having a cute personality? Sure he didn't have as much screen time as Minya has just as much cute personality.

Little Godzilla is probably the cutest, although he's pretty freaky all the same with his big ass eyes. This fan named Chris Elchesyn who does a bunch of commentaries and makes monster puppets has called Little Godzilla the embodiment of Satan lol.

I think Baragon is kinda cute, but then again he eats people in FCTW. King Caesar is somewhere between fierce and cuddly.

Also, Mothra's turd form for the win.

We didn't get to know Little G as a character. Sure, he looks adorable, but with Minya we get to see him act & interact; thus there is more to appreciate and love about Minya.
