IMAX 3D?

IMAX 3D?

Do you think this movie is going to be release in IMAX 3D as well since I know they said that the movie is going to be 3D, but so far they said nothing about a IMAX release. I hope the movie gets a IMAX release since 3D in IMAX makes the movie much better to watch (For example Avatar, and Toy Stroy 3).

More then likely. If the whole plan is for 3D, then you might as well take it all the way. Besides, they can charge a couple extra dollars if it's IMAX.

If the 3rd Transformers live action movie is done right in IMAX 3D then LP Godzilla should too. And that the recent remake of The Day that The Earth stold Still at IMAX was pretty awesome to watch. I hope LP will release Godzilla in IMAX 3D as well.

I thought that guy in that interview said it's going to be 3D at IMAX.

I remember Rogers saying Banno wanted Imax in 3D, but Rogers said it would be easier to do it simply 3D because of the popularity now because of Avatar.

I think he said that the original project was the IMAX 3D movie, so far most of the sources I look up said that the movie is going to be in normal 3D then IMAX 3D.

It'll probably happen. I can imagine Legendary Pictures/Warner Bros. releasing the film in IMAX 3D. Plus, it would be cool to see the Big G in IMAX 3D.

And that IMAX tickets help the movie sell better at the box office.

I remembering hearing it was going to be in IMAX an 3D an if so, then Godzilla will be the only movie i will pay to see in both IMAX an 3D.
I think the proper use of 3D an IMAX will hugely benefit this film in the long run if it's done correctly.

I'd see it in IMAX 3D. Why not? :)
