Looks like the '55 suit to me.
Tokyo, a smoldering memorial to the unknown, an unknown which at this very moment still prevails and could at any time lash out with its terrible destruction anywhere else in the world.

Godzilla 1995 wrote:That's still such an awful-looking suit. It's kinda depressing to look at.

But great snowman!
Hmmm... I love that suit. It's among my top 8 Godzilla suits ever (around the same level as the '84 and '99 suits, and thus not quite in my top 5). The stiuff, upright posture is so delightfully weird! And those jutting fangs look utterly vicious.

I was going for a 90s look when I started but it probably would've collapsed under its own weight.

I think the 55 suit looks great from some angles and the fins are a nice design, it's a shame the movie was so underwhelming.

^Yeah, I always forget to point it out, but they are some of my favorite plates on any Godzilla suit.

Of course, I'm also a defender of that movie as a whole...

That's bloody awesome! I'm going to have to try to make one sometime.

(I also dislike the '55 suit, Godzilla 1995. One of my least favorites.)

Interesting, compared to the original it felt cheap to me, the roars were mixed up and the fights looked like they were in fast motion it had also lost the dark feel of Gojira. Anguirus was a plus though.

Well, in the American dub, the roars are mixed up. And certain shots in the fights were in fast motion; the usual story is that a camera assistant got confused about the fact that shooting a slower framerate produced fast motion, and not the other way around, but that Tsuburaya liked the improperly shot footage and chose to use the technique for a few more shots. I find this story a little improbable, and suspect that it was simply an experiment to try to make the fighting feel more energetic.

I like that snow Godzilla. That's what Godzilla looked like after all the snow in SOG.

Snowman Godzilla is pretty cool. I alsom love the 55 suit. I don't think Godzilla began to look "bad" until the mid 60s.

It actually does look kind of neat in some ways. The movie as a whole is an oft-forgotten, but interesting piece of Godzilla history.
