2013 Poll…
In addition to sprinkling in some Gamera choices, I have not included: King Ghidorah, King Seesar, Kumonga, King Kong, or Mechani-Kong. Everyone knows these are wanted and/or have been unofficially announced by X-Plus. In the case of the Kong’s, X-Plus has stated they’re pursuing licensing. *fingers crossed it comes to pass*

I'd buy an X-Plus Burning/Meltdown Godzilla without question.
Out of the list above though, I voted for SpaceGodzilla. I'd honestly like to see him get an X-Plus figure of him made.

I think X-Plus is working on trying to get the licensing for Kong and Mechani-Kong, so those are certainly possible. I REALLY want a Mechani-Kong. I love that guy. I might buy a Burning or Meltdown Godzilla, just depends on how cool it looks. I'm set with regards to my Gs. I just wish they would focus on completing the Showa line in 30cm. That would make me happy. :)

Ghidorah and SpaceGodzilla would more than likely be purchases.

Yeah, Mechagodzilla 2 from Terror Of Mechagodzilla, that one gets my vote.

Ghidorah as well, of course.

Also, a 1974 impostor Godzilla with the missing chunk of skin revealing the Mecha underneath. And make it with a closed mouth. I would buy that one for sure. It would kill two birds with one stone for me.

To Brad Simmons : in your astute list above of x-plus releases,in the 25cm line you listed a "'62 Godzilla from (Godzilla vs.mothra) internet exclusive w/light up fins". Did I miss a mosugoji with light up fins somewhere along the line? & '62 mosugoji ? Or did you just make a typeO?

I'm with you masonwerx on the MG2 w/robot brain. I think that'll be a given in a internet exclusive. I'm going to stick with my fantasy MG1 where his upper half is exposed space titanium as usual, but from the waist down still covered in faux Godzilla skin. To give the appearance of transformation between fake Godzilla to MechaGodzilla. That's the ticket man,it's never been done.

Sorry. That was a typo (corrected). Here's a link to the figure...

The 25cm Rodan '64 may be my last X-Plus figure till sometime after August of next year. I need to temporarily stop collecting because I'll be moving off Guam next May or June, and I don't want to keep buying and buying all the way to the time I pack out.
Once I get settled in my new home, and start working full time, I should be purchasing X-Plus figures much more regularly. However, I think I am gonna stick with the 25cm line from then on. I'll only buy figures in the 30cm series if I like the sculpt enough.

It looks pretty good but I still prefer the 30 cm one even though it has such bad balance issues.

The Mothra looks ok. I was expecting it to have a bit more paint detail.

As I said at the X-Plus Kaiju Vinyl Series group on Facebook, I was really contemplating whether to stick with this figure or cancel my order, but after seeing the painted images, I was convinced to keep with it! I'll just have to hold off on the S.H.MonsterArts Destoroyah for a little while until my funds recover. Hopefully I can replenish my collecting budget in time though. XD

I was planning on picking up the exclusive w/larva, but the larva looks like one of the baby larva that came with the 64 exclusive, just a little lighter in color. I'm beginning to think its too small in scale. I think the first release Bandai might be a better match. In this case, without the tag.

Isn't this version of the Mothra larva supposed to fit on Rodan's back, like in the movie Ghidorah?

It says on the Ric-Toy site that mothra larva is 16 cm. That is a decent size.

I'll probably get the web exclusive of this figure along with the Barugon (i want that one for sure) and then just hold on to it for a while and decide later if I want to sell it or keep it. That is what I am doing with the Gorosaurus that just came out. The Varan I want for sure, but the Goro I might keep, might sell.

I'm hoping that somewhere down the line they re-issue the 1968 Godzilla so that I can get that Minya. I missed the boat on that one and it is one of the best web exclusives. I wish that they would just release a separate 25 cm scale Minya not as a web exclusive and then give THAT minya it's own web exclusive.

I really wish I could be X-plus designer, but anywho, I would plan on a exclusive with Kamakiras and minya as the exclusive,25 or 30cm, but like said just a wish,O also don't forget saeko from the movie{ son of godzilla}, make it a three pack.
