I'd want King Kong. He's smart, can be gentle with humans, and could provide power if there's a black out.

Well Godzilla is the obvious answer, FW edition for me.

But for an alternative, I'd have to go with Showa Mechagodzilla. I know there's a door to get inside of him. I'll just use that space to live, that way I'd have the coolest pet and the most kickass house you've ever seen. Imagine the looks I'd get from trick or treaters!
Bagan sucks and he will never be in a Godzilla movie. Shutup.

GMK Baragon. He's adorable and he will provide transport. Nothing beats coming into school on a giant, tunneling dinosaur.
