People can talk shit about Skitty and Delcatty all they want, I had a Delcatty in Ruby/Sapphire that destroyed everything in it's path!

At Route 13 now... and I must say... PUPITAR IS DEAD WEIGHT! At this point in the game, water and fighting type attacks and mons are everywhere, and poor Pupi can't catch a break. He's not strong enough, durable enough, or fast enough to take on the Starmies, Jellicent, and Gundurr that seem to be lurking around everywhere... Everyone else, even Vibrava and Mawile, are pulling their own weight and doing well... but Pupitar...

Yeah, I saw it on the serebii forums a few days ago. I think it's kinda funny how they did that right after Black and White, in which the message of the game was that Pokemon and people were fine together


But seriously PETA. All that time you wasted on making that bad parody. How many animals suffered in that time?

Not me myself, but I have heard of others using it... and it's broken. If you have the patience and the games, you can use ANY OF THE POKEMON YOU GET FROM THERE and effectivly replace your starter with it... including the Cover Legendaries like Ho-oh and Palkia... and since they have your OT... EASY MODO! And this can be done as soo nas you beat your rival the first time... at lv. 5 or so...

So... I will never use a Lucario again in a playthrough.

I never thought I'd say this, but he's just too powerful. I took out White Kyurem in two Aura Spheres. Boring.

I agree with this. Lucario is High Tier... Riolu may be frail, but he tends to turn into Lucario around the 3rd or 4th gym... and from there, with the right TM's, he can destroy many of the gyms singlehandedly with only Force Palm as his STAB until Aura Sphere... That speed, movepool, and stats and typing... are just overkill..

Magnemite's even worse... as I have already said back in my Black Playthrough stuff... God Mode for sure...

If you want a more balanced mon to use, try Trapinch... Psudo Edgequake coverage is fun... but when it's a Vibrava... That's a pain. Or perhaps Skorupi. It comes alittle late, but Drapion's awesomness more than makes up for it.

Confirmed that you need 4 badges to unlock the 1500 point areas in the DW, and 8 to unlock the 3000 point areas. It's dumb that they brought this back. They got rid of it for BW for a reason.

Either way, DW Klang (Snuggles) acquired.

And I raped Elesa. I beat her in a Pokemon battle too.

Vibrava has finally proven it's worth and shaken off the shackles of the Eviolite and become a Flygon... right after it decimated Drayden's Flygon with Dragonbreath and Haxorus was made Keldeo's bitch. Marlon was a joke, as Serperior destroyed his Jellicent and Keldeo murdered both Wailord and Carracoasta... And with Terrakion caught, now it;s off to deal with Plasma... Cannot wait for Pupitar to evolve!

I like how you can rebattle this Pokemon Breeder in Lostlorn Forest by just entering and exiting the area. Made adding Roselia to my team pretty easy. Right now I have Magmar, Lucario, Ampharos, Trapinch, and Roselia. I'm getting everyone but Trapinch to 30 before I face Elesa's gym, since Trapinch can just level up in there.

I tried not being overleveled... I really did. I didn't even touch the Lucky Egg, and I still found my guys to be of higher level than all the plasma members on the Frigate... and the same level as Ghetsis's nerf'd Hydreigon... Seriously, I understand the man lost everything the first time he was defeated, and he had to rebuild his team from scratch... but still, that Hydreigon has no way around Steel types... Mawile had a blast against it.

...Go with Espeon, IR. Vibrava just can't carry it's own, seeing as it's got subpar bulk and offensive prowless. The fact that Flygon can't get Dragon Claw until very late on, no Outrage tutor before Post-game, and no Earthquake until E4 unless you stuck with Frailpinch to lv. 73 (Lol)... Means that unless you trade to give Flygon Earthquake and D-claw... your gonna find him ver much not worth the effort getting. Go with Espeon... Atleast he gets Shadow ball and Psychic very early on, as well as Signal Beam...

Braviary is a beast. Just give it Return and Fly, maybe Strength and Superpower/Rock Smash on the side, and it destroys EVERYTHING as well as being a good HM slave... Go with it for the best possible returns...

Quick question guys, does anyone know if BW2 is backwards compatible with BW?

That I can answer a resounding yes. You can trade between the two games (Despite the odd 2-year diffrence in-game), and you can have abttles and whatnot. BW2 are still 5th gen games, and such can interact with BW just fine. That's how I got my Mawile, Houndoom, and Keldeo onto my team...
