EDIT: Because we've had an annoying amount of people ask the same question twice when they could just go back three or four pages I've made this little Q&A to answer all of your questions so that you will know what is and what isn't allowed.
Q0: Can I make requests?
A0: You can request to have monster A fight monster B. That's it. You can NOT request who the winner is. That's up to the writer and he/she will write the outcome however he/she see's fit.
Q1: How do I get into the KWC?
A1: Write your own match and send it to us and if it's good enough your in. DO NOT STEAL SOMEONE ELSES WORK! If you do then you will be shunned and any stories that were put up by you will be taken down and all further stories you send in will be ignored and thrown out.
Q2: Where do I send it in?
A2: Send it in to either Primevalgodzilla V2, Monster Master, Hedorah, or Living Corpse. If they think it's good enough they will send it to either TitanoGoji16 or Tomzilla for the final verdict. Creds to Hedorah for the idea.
Q3: I didn't get a response, does that mean I'm not in?
A3: Please keep in mind that Tom and Titanogoji and have a lot of KWC matches to read so you may not get a response right away even if they think it's good enough.
Q4: Is there a limit to what I what I can ask to have on my matches banner?
A4: Yes. Please keep in mind that Goji_Girl and Varan58 take time out of their lives to make your banner so please don't drive them nuts with crazy demands like "I want Godzilla facing Destroyah in front of a destroyed city with lightning clouds and Godzilla is missing an arm and there are dead bodies everywhere and Destoryah is bleeding while firing his beam".
A5: Are there any monsters that are not allowed?
Q5: Yes. Only monsters that had some of Toho's involvement in making or were made by Toho or distributed by Toho are allowed, hence why only a handful of Ultraman monsters, and a handful of Gamera monsters are in and Toho King Kong, so no Cloverfiled. Sorry.
Also said monsters must have either a suit or 3D model to work with and a list of powers. In fact we only have Bagan because of a 3D model and we know what his powers are. So no Super Godzilla or Balzkin or Dogolas. Sorry.
Q6: Can I add a new monster to the roster?
A6: If Toho had some involvement with said monster then yes you can, just send a shout out to either Tom or Titanogoji with a picture and information provided on the monsters and proof that Toho had a hand in it's creation and they will take it in to some consideration.
A7: Is there a limit to how many different incarnations of the same monster can be in the KWC.
Q7: Yes. As you can see at the time I'm writing this there are three King Ghidorah's (Mecha-King Ghidorah, Grand King Ghidorah, and Desghidorah) not counting the now retired Heisei King Ghidorah. We don't need like 10 different versions of Godzilla.
Q8: Are transformations allowed?
A8: Some of them yes. So your free to use Burning Godzilla or Super-MechaGodzilla or even have Mothra Leo turn into his more deadly forms. Oh and Hedorah and Destroyah are fun because you can let them do this to. Monster X we are still a little iffy about. If your having a monster transform that can't normally change, I.E. Godzilla into Burning Godzilla then please come up with a reason for the change like maybe a power plant exploding or Fire Rodan fusing with him. Monsters that transform all the time like Hedorah and Destroyah are free to do it when ever. Again not everyone will be allowed to transform as currently Monster X second form, Keizer Ghidorah is banned simply cause there are too many Ghidorahs in the KWC as is.
Q9: Is there a limit to how many monsters are allowed in my matches?
A9: Not at all, just recently (at the time I'm writing this) none other then our own Tomzilla has made Bagan vs Everyone where he fights a whooping 17+ monsters.
Q10: Are rematches allowed?
A10: Yes they are. Once again using Tom an an example, he made Bagan vs Everyone: Fallout which is basically a rematch of Bagan vs Everyone. So you can make a rematch between, lets say, Gigan and Dagahra or maybe Monster X vs Gorosarus.
Q11: Are subtiles allowed?
A11: Sorry but no, for the most part they are not. We do make an exception if the fight is a rematch in which case it will be titled monster A vs monster B: Round 2 or Round 3 or Round 4, ETC.
Q12: It's been a week and my match is not up yet. What's taking so long?
A12: Keep in mind that even if your match makes it you could be waiting for months before it comes up. Arbok, the site owner does have (as we all do) a little something off the internet called a life you know. Be patient and your match will be up before you know it.
Q13: Can I call dibs on a match?
A13: Yes.
Q14: Can I call dibs on several matches?
A14: NO. We've had some issues in the past about this. It's unfair to others who may want to also do that match so just ignore the old posts made calling dibs on several matches. Just call out dibs on ONE match.
Q15: "Great post Corpse".
A15: Playing the yes men will not get you in the KWC.
Q16: "Can I do Maguma and Gezora vs. Destoroyah?"
A16: No nonesense matches please. One sided matches are not against the rules, we do have ones like Biollante vs Gayos which is pretty one sided but pleases don't matches that can end in just one second/one hit like the above.
If your going to make a one sided match then try to make it at least somewhat interesting and longer then just one paragraph. Thank you.Q17: "Can I use Heisei King Ghidorah in a match?
A17: See the big red letters that say "Retired"? Currently there are no plans to bring him back. We don't want to saturate the KWC with too many "clone" fighters NOTE: Not litteral clones. We don't need 4 different Ghidorahs, 5 different Godzillas and so forth. So if you must use a Ghidorah please use the other three that are still fighting.
Q18: "So on Wikizilla it said Zilla can shoot acid fire from his stomach. Can I use that?"
A18: Please avoid places like Wikipedia or WikiZilla for info. If you must have a list of powers so you know what a monster can or can't do then please use the stats on this site as they come straight from Toho, the guys who make these films, thus making the states here THE official stats. Q19: There's an illegal monster in one of the matches that Toho had no hand in! What's stopping this from happening again?
A19: All right, I'm going to just come out and say this. If you read Bagan vs Everyone: Fallout you will notice that a certain monsters transformed into a certain stronger form in which Toho had no hand in. This was a special one time only thing. So don't expect to see this happen again. So yeah, put your illegal monsters a way.
Q20: There's a monster using an illegal power in the KWC, a power Toho had no involvement in!
A20: Keep in mind we had to bend or break a few of our own rules to make some fighters more capable fighters in the KWC, hence why someone like Gomora has a heat ray when only later versions of the character that Toho had no involvement in had such a power.
Q21: "Can you tell me if this one monster will make it in?"
A21: What and ruin the surprise? Not a chance sparky.
Just be patient and enjoy the KWC matches as you wait for new monster to show up.Q22: "WHY ARE YOU USING GFW EBIRAH? SHOWA EBIRAH IS TEH AWESOMES!!"
