The three demonic heads could bit into charcoal-gray flesh, blood bubbling up to meet foul jaws. Pulling back, Desghidorah tore open Godzilla's jugular with a warm, crimson splash. As the devilish dragon's three heads gloated to one another, Godzilla suddenly reared up and slammed them together between his claws, earning a surprised screech as a trio of skulls cracked against each other. A single ghastly white eyes stared into three pairs of crimson orbs, the other eye now replaced by a continuous stream of blood. Despite his horrific injuries, Godzilla was still alive and well. This was why he was considered by some to be immortal. No matter what or who attacked him, man or monster, he always came back. The Monster King revealed his ivory fangs in a sneer. The smell ozone filled the air. Godzilla was suddenly back-lite, his spines blazing with atomic furry. To Desghidorah, he was now a black silhouette, only his remaining eyes and savagely clenched teeth visible. Then the beast's contemptuous grimace parted, letting a dull, neon-blue light escape from Godzilla's throat. Desghidorah's six red eyes widened in alarm.
Then their evil glow were engulfed in a stream of superheated plasma.
Desghidorah toppled backwards with a trumpet of agony, his three faces burnt to a crisp. As his foe thrashed about on the ground, Godzilla took the chance to examine it. One white eyes narrowed. With its draconic form and three heads, this creature held an uncanny resemblance to King Ghidorah, one of the three Guardian Monsters that he opposed him when he first resurfaced. He had easily done away with the dragon and obliterated Tokyo. But this Ghidorah was different. While the first was a golden protector, this creature was black as night, both in color and at heart. Godzilla snarled. It didn't matter if this thing was righteous or wicked or anywhere in between, He'd kill it all the same! If this... this Death Ghidorah though it could beat him, it was sadly mistaken. He was Death! A terrible shriek of hate and anger escaping his maw, Godzilla charged.
Just as Desghidorah manged to stand, Godzilla's enormous girth smashed into him, knocking him sharply to the ground. Roaring, the Monster King raked his claws along the multi-headed giant's hide, carving long, bloody furrows into pitch black scales. The satisfying sound a pained screen reached Godzilla's ears. Music! Almost smiling, the god of destruction leaned down and gripped Desghidorah's twin tails. Bellowing with effort and enthusiasm, Godzilla heaved the great beast into the air and threw, sending it tumbling through the hellish skyline of the former Entertainment Capital of the World. With a high squeal of outrage, Desghidorah crashed back to earth, crushing a good number of buildings, flattening a patch of the concrete jungle. Lips curling, Godzilla manipulated the white-hot energies within him, the air filling with a ominous crackle as his spines began to glow...
