The worlds seem a little to different for a crossover but I had a strange feeling something like this would happen. Give me one more good underworld before this crossover happens though.

Oh jesus... no.

Who's thinking this?! Who seriously woke up one skreeonk morning and said in all seriousness 'Y'know what'd go great together? Resident Evil and Underworld'?!

I just... NO! I cannot believe that there's someone out there that stupid. Agh.

Never mind that they're two completely different franchises, it just can't work!
Today, at the edge of our hope...

At the end of our time, we have chosen to believe in each other.

Today we face the monsters that are at our door.

TODAY WE ARE CANCELLING THE APOCALYPSE!

Their similar enough for a crossover, two strong female heroines killing their enemies. Crossovers have been made on less than that.

The crossover would work better as a comic book then a movie. They both live in two different worlds, so having them exist together in the same universe would not work unless they throw in some universal travel in the plot.

Okay at the risk of inviting a barrage of pitchforks and molitov cocktails, I'd love to see that idear made made into a reality on the big screen. If not there, like Hellspawn suggested, done in a comic book format would probably be more digestable, and much more likely to happen sooner. Heck, I even made a Fantasy Match-Up Thread out of it a few months ago.(http://www.tohokingdom.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=8859&p=306191&hilit=Resident+Evil%2FUnderworld#p306191), so as you can see I'd definitly be into a match-up betweent these two action heroeines, on the big screen, in 3D to boot.

Also, I'd love to see IDW do one featuring Godzilla, and Japan dealing with the alien invasion during the WAR OF THE WORLDS.

Heck, in the Speilberg/Cruise joint of 2005, it's mentioned that some of the Tripods went down in Osaka. Mr. Speilberg even himself said with the JSDF's Maser Cannons they frequently deploy against the Big-G, the Land of the Rising Sun would have more of a fighting chance against the Tripods.

Since you mentioned it, has anyone checked this out?

Before anyone says its one sided, let me explain: this takes place in a different universe where only Superman is the only superhero in the world but not only that, his power set is that of his first appearance in comics. You know, faster then a speeding bullet, more powerful then a locomotive, etc. It's a great read and I've been meaning to buy it.

A crossover is never really one sided wasn't Spider-Man able to hurt Pre-Crisis superman I know he was weakened but it was still Pre-Crisis.

Spider-Man was exposed by red sun light by Lex and red sun light either really weakens Superman to the point he's on a met human level like spidey or totally steals his powers and makes him human.

Dynamite Entertainment is doing a crossover mini at the moment entitled PROPHECY, which I started a thread on(http://www.tohokingdom.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=9144&p=355412&hilit=Prophecy#p355412), and involves several characters that Dynamite has in its stable including, Vampirella, Pantha, Dr. Herbert West, Alan Quartermain, Kulan Gath, Red Sonja, Dracula, Eva, Sherlock Holmes, and several others I'm no doubt missing. Anywho you can check out the preview for the second issue right here.http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=preview&id=12985

Also IDW is doing a crossover that just came out teaming up America's Special Mission Force with the ather homely spies of Danger Girl right now.

Can someone explain to me who this Dangergirl is and why she's such a big deal? I know her because she did a crossover with army of darkness, fought some h.p. Lovecraft monsters in infestation, and well.... That crossover.

LOL I told you about this crossover like 4 years ago.

I own it. It's one of the best Superman stand-alones.

Interesting factoid about SUPERMAN:War of the Worlds, the Elseworlds tale featuring the Man of Steel defending humanity against the Martian Invasion. Was originally envisioned as a crossover with Dave Stevens' ROCKETEER. With the rocket propelled superhero teaming up with Superman, as originally envisioned by Seigal and Shuster, on the night of October 30, 1938. The night of Orson Wells (in)famous radio broadcast of WAR OF THE WORLDS, with the two dealing with the hysteria that night cause by the radio play. And a giant robot to boot. But it fell through due to the DC editorial staff wanting Superman and the Rocketeer to actually fight aliens in it. But Stevens felt it cheapened the story, so he pulled out. But DC got to do the Superman Vs. The Martians they were interested in doing with the book you see there from writer Roy Thomas and artist Micheal Lark. It's a good read despite Dave Stevens misgiving over it. Anywho, here's the article on the SUPERMAN/ROCKETEER crossover that almost was.http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=29312

Also here's a kaiju match up that I'm kind of surprised wasn't done. Full Moon/Monster Island Entertainment two daikaiju in full on combat with each other, I'm talking about KRAA Vs. ZARKORR.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mw3AUVTTSHw&NR=1

Since you brought up predators and I've been reading DE's take on the character, here's a good crossover I thought was stupid before looking into the character:
Image

This has to be one of my favorite crossovers to read as it was a blast to read, reading about Tarzan before reading this made the fight seem balance, and best of all... DINOSAURS ARE IN IT! So if you were wondering if a predator or predators can take down a T-Rex, well then here you go.

I might of mentioned I before, but hey it's a good read.

Now Predator vs The Martians from war of the worlds....hmmm.

That's pretty interesting, especially the dino part. Though I can't imagine how Tarzan could possibly stand a chance against a Yautja. :P

Ha ha, but yeah you should check out some of the work involving Tarzan EXCLUDING the Disney movie. He's probably the best non-superhuman prey for a predator to face, him or Rambo. Tarzan has taken on many amazing creatures including some dinosaur like creatures, dinosaurs and man-apes and he's done all this with his skills. Check his work out man, either his books or his comics as they're all good.

Tarzan is basically a superhuman hunter. He could easily make a Yautja seem like a noob. Hell, he's been on Mars and kicked ass there.
