Mr. Strange, since you worked on the Rampage series, any chance we can see Rampage monsters in this game?

Also, I'm sure you have been asked before, but what about finishers?

Finishers are very expensive compared to other moves, and they don't make sense in the context of 4-player battles. I am inclined to not include them. However, that sort of decision will be in the hands of the design team - which includes all contributors! If the group feels that spending money on finishers is the best way to proceed, then we'll proceed in that way. And THAT decision really depends on what else we might have to spend money on, and our total budget.

Sure, that's totally possible.

Very well, Mr. Strange, as long as it is considered.

Unfortunatly, all I can contribute are my ideas. If I can donate, I will try. I am not comfortable transferring money over internet.

Please try to keep the controls as accessible as possible. I bought Street Fighter 4 for PC. I cannot pull off any special moves or finishers. The controls are too complex.

Will there be a sort of Adventure-esque mode? GTA style, G:DAMM style, whichever.

Finally, my final question...

Is this game for real? Or is this all just speculation?

My respects.

Awesome, oh and im not sure if this was asked before but for the donations, will we have to pay for tax as well as the amount donated or just the amount donated?

I liked the page. Good and straighforward, The Test Video 2 is good also the only complaint s are the color
of the letters of the rewards only. Everything else is fine. Cant wait to see the Design of the shirt
and the logo.

1 - The design forums will be open for anyone to read, but only people who contribute at least $5 will be able to post. Kickstarter uses Amazon as their payment backend - which might help you feel more comfortable about donating. When you contribute, it takes you to the amazon site to pay.

2 - Accessible controls have always been a focus of mine. I think the StE controls were very accessible.

3 - Yes, we will have a single-player mode of some sort.

4 - Is the game for real? Well, it doesn't exist yet. But I'm absolutely looking to raise funds and build the game over the next year.

The donations are not tax deductible, if that is what you mean. This is a for-profit venture, and only donations to tax-exempt companies (charities or non-profits) Sunstone Games will have to pay taxes on those donations - but that's not your issue, and it's already been factored into the asking budget.

If you want to donate $20 to get a free copy of the game, you just pay $20. All the credit card fees, taxes, shipping costs etc - are paid on my end.

Yes, Chris is looking at human characters to carry the story.

Good.

Obviously StE was accesible. I have it for 1 thing  . Just no moves where arrow keys or buttons gotta be pressed fast and... well, play Street Fighter 4 on PC and youll know what I mean.

Amazon eh? Well, thats good.

Great on singleplayer, maybe add some concept from the original StE storyboards.

And yes, I know its just raising funds now. I just wanted to know if this was a serious attempt. Hate for it to go to waste.

I'll try to donate $60 to the campaign, but if money falls short, it'll be $40.

I'm going with $20 until I save up to $75. The game all its releases's and a log in to the development forums is all I'm interested in.
