The Gargantuas had a humaness to them that I found appealing. Watching the relationship between the two develope was interesting, and their shoving match was a very action oriented battle.

The scene where Sanda finds Gaira napping with human clothes everywhere is great.

i know right? it's not like they can talk, but you can tell exactly what sanda is thinking and feeling in that scene by the expressions on his face. it's awesome. and then the whole rest of the movie all they do is fight!

also, interesting fact: the actor that played gaira was the actor that played godzilla in that era.
