New Gears of War game announced. Gears 4? Gears prequel?

Personally, Im exicted to see what else gets revealed for this. The cover shows two Onyx Guards apprihending an unknown individual. Marcus perhaps?

Gears 3 came out last year, bit too soon for Gears 4? I was thinking that Gears 4 would be on the 3rd Xbox by 2014 and starting a new trilogy.

Im betting it's probably going to be a prequel, judging by the reavers and Seeder ink in the background of that poster. Im hoping it takes place during E-Day when the Locust invade the surface.

^ Hell yeah! RAAM is my favorite character from Gears. Maybe we might also see a new kind of Locust?

Oh hell yes. This makes me happy. I hope for a prequel that helps explain things more (Did they ever explain anything about the sires? I think they should have light shedded on that in a new game)

I wanna know what Myrrah really is, and what caliber ammo the weapons use. The Sires could use a better explanation as well.

A prequel would be great. The background of Gears was severely lacking so this would make up for that.

I was hoping Gears 3 would get more content. Hopefully if this game has some new characters they will work in Gears 3 somehow.

I'm sure Gears 3 will get more content because quite honestly, they need to improve Beast Mode

I'd prefer the timer to be a wee bit longer. The man who actually completes beast mode by himself on the hardest difficulty needs to be made president of the united states.

With this and Injustice: Gods Among Us coming out (Even if it may be a while away), I don't think I'll being getting the Mass Effect games anytime soon. But who cares, my loyalty to Gears is larger than most other things

I've never played Gears before can you go through the story in co-op like in Halo. If so I might pick up the games so my brother and I can play.

Yep, you can have up to 4 players for Campaign.

People can fly made fun like Painkiller and to a lesser degree Bulletstorm. I guess now they are forced to make boring shooters. It's sad that Bulletstorm didn't sell as well I they hoped.
