He doesn't even have a page on HLJ. I can't tell you where Cap got the info.

Actually, a LOT of the Ultra-Act figures appear to be discontinued.

They're all much older than Zoffy. HLJ has Jean through Agul. Gaia is about 7 months old, so it isn't incredible that he's discontinued. Zoffy's not even a week old!

I actually mainline Ibizious straight between my toes. If they start getting too stiff, I go for the eyeballs...

Yeah, HLJ's site can be funky. I was playing with google and bing and found a bunch of the Gamera revoltechs that can't be seen through normal searches.

I wish I got into collecting these 1.) earlier and 2.) if I liked Ultra Man. Some of these look great, but I've seen parts of the show(s) and my fancy isn't tickled.

Like, Zoffy, for example. Those extras are sexy, but I don't feel like hunting one of them down.

I just guess I'm glad I pre-ordered mine right when they went up. I'm not the biggest, craziest Ultra fan or anything (there's large portions of the history I know nothing about and I've really only seen a small segment of the overall franchise) but I do have a healthy love for what I am familiar with; mostly Showa.

Do you think it's just the initial run of Zoffy sold out in most places, and online stores are just waiting for more product to come in? I can't believe that after the debut, that this figure is done only after a few days.

I just don't want to miss out on it, since I didn't order it yet.

Jeez... I wonder if the Zoffy I ordered should stay in his prison...

If you don't mind paying up a bit compared to other places, CSToys probably has a few left.

For anyone who's on the fence about Zoffy, I've posted an extensive review on my blog here: http://importingmonsters.blogspot.com/

I hope it helps! Also reviewed is the Brothers' Mantle (cape).

An comments on how to improve my reviews and blog are very much appreciated.

BTW, what are/where did you get the buildings that I see in some of your pics?

So, I went to my first convention today.... Meh.

Someone had the first release of Ultraman... For $65. Not my cup of tea. We left the dealer's room, came back three hours later, I asked about it since it went missing, and someone bought it.

He seems to be out of stock again.

And Agul V1. Interesting. I almost didn't think they'd ever release him.
Considering basically the only cosmetic difference between Gaia V1 and Gaia V2 is the chest band, how will (if) they release him?

My order went through, fortunately...it'll ship Monday.
