Iron Man, RDJ is perfect in the role, and he's just a badass in the movies. Iron Man is also the best Marvel movie.

Before The Avengers, I would have said Iron Man in a heartbeat, but looking back I'm not so sure. I have grown to love all the characters and find Chris Evan's approach to Steve Rogers oddly endearing.

No way I can pick here. I'm normally biased towards Thor, because I like his comics the most. But the folks working on these films have done such amazing jobs it's hard to pick.
