Ah, you caught the fish on the hook first Gojira, none the less, great catch though. If you don't mind I'll expand on what you posted then.

Anyone who's interested, in relation to Gojira's latest post, here's the expansion of it:
Toonami's New Schedule to Be Kept Secret Until May 26

Jason DeMarco, former Toonami producer and recently promoted vice president of strategic marketing and promotions for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim, revealed via his Twitter account on Thursday that the revived Toonami block's schedule will remain a secret until its airing on May 26. ANN previously posted TV Guide's listing for Toonami's programming block, but DeMarco responded via Twitter, "That is NOT the lineup. But to be clear, I don't think that's a bad lineup."

The TV Guide listing included Cowboy Bebop, Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Durarara!!, FLCL, and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG.

As officially proven and stated once more, the listing that TV Guide had given is just a place-holder. Its not the real line-up, so those of you who were worried about that can rest assured in that particular area.

Um no dude, the Dragon Boxes are much better looking it's not even funny. Here are some examples (Credit to MetalMario from the Kanzenshuu forums).

And oh yeah the Season Sets have a lot of film grain. It's not that hard to noticed.

The Season Sets are pretty bad. Unless you are just someone who wants to watch the series again for the first time then you are better off getting the boxes.

I don't remember since it been so long. I'm pretty sure they are likely just play the edited episodes unless it's from the ultimate uncut run from 2005.

K. The season sets are still pretty watchable even if "the video quality is crap" which I find to be bull and really they could be A LOT WORSE.

And you can't blame me for judging like that after seeing this image comparison on dragon ball wiki
Image

And from what I'm told Funi wanted to do the dragon box set originally but toei was like no and wanted it to be Japan only.

Like I said before, saying the bricks are bad is dumb. It's still pretty watchable and looks good for the most part.

Never EVER trust the Dragon Ball wiki. It's one of the worst fanwikis out there.

Yes, the bricks are poor quality. I noticed it myself before ever hearing of the problems people had with them, and the cropping is ridiculous.

For me, however, the perfect release was the Bluray line, which was, unfortunately, canceled.

And just because something could be worse doesn't mean it isn't bad. Just look at Godzilla 1985.

I prefer the original Anime Labs fansubs of Dragonball-Z-GT and then Dragonball Kai.

K. Tell me what would be worse: the orange bricks or DVD sets that have YouTube video quality being fuzzy and what not OR Havong the episodes being filmed off a camera or a web cam? OR have those weird squares that appear sometimes when certain DVDs have a glitch sometimes only this appears too often? Or how about you go and try to click something but the DVD can't process it and stops and it's not a scratched up problem? Or how about the prints they had were in REALLY shitty condition?

Yeah, if all of that happened the orange bricks would sound pretty good now.

But whatever, that's just me and I don't see them as crap as others say and they could be a lot worse.

I'm glad Toonami is back for the sake of all the fans, but I doubt it'll arouse my interest in the way it used to personally, especially if all the anime they air is essentially the [adult swim] line-up.

Oh, I'm aware it's not proven, but I have a feeling the line-up will include a fair number of those shows.

I doubt that's going to happen much. The only shows that might show up during Toonami is Cowboy Bebop and Big O (But that's mainly due to involving Steve Blum and being great shows, despite them being shown to death.)

Bleach will of course possibly show up since that's Adult Swim's leading anime currently and it starts at twelve. (Which is when Toonami starts). So yeah, that will possibly be there. Overall, that's about it with my assumptions. Bleach, Big O, and Cowboy Bebop.

But I'll hold that off for now, Jason DeMarco stated that its not the overall Line-up, so we'll have to wait and see on the 26th.

Bleach is also the only show on Adult Swim Saturdays showing new episodes.

It's pretty obvious Bleach will be included, since as previously mentioned it's still airing new eps. The rest of the anime on AS have already shown all the way through and are just doing reruns now, so most or all of them will probably be replaced.

nope. I loved tom. hated anime though. So I might tune in on occassion for Tom. but if they play Zoids... I might watch that too.

Umm. It's not Toonami without TOM. We wouldn't be getting all excited if this was just a block of new and/or nostalgic shows airing Saturdays at midnight. 'Cause basically that's what it is now.

So while we might not be watching it ONLY for TOM, he is ultimately the reason we'll be watching.
