Well... yeah, kind of. As far as I know, he doesn't have any super powers. Batman uses high-tech gadgets to save the day. He's a hero, but not really a super hero. If he was, than all James Bond would have to do in order to fall into the same category would be wearing a consume, giving himself a theme (spider, bat, cat, piglet) and go around saving civilians and chasing down criminals.

You know how in most Super-Hero games, you can unlock covers of particular issues?

Wellllll.......

That is...one of the coolest things I've ever seen in a video game.

Also, I can't help but agree with the organic web-shooters. It makes him seem more...spiderish, more mutated. I find it strange that Stan Lee didn't come up with that idea in the first place, I mean, the mechanical ones just never made sense to me...

Organic webbing only makes him more like a spider if he shoots it from his ass.

First person option?

This was released on the games facebook page. Saying "Three guesses true believers"

I believe it's stan lee, using a 1st person option.

which sounds really cool.

That is just awesome. If we play as the Iguana, it'd be awesome to see it all in his POV, since I always wanted to see things in the POV of a reptile.

Intresting, as that was what Martha Wayne claimed was Bruce's reward in "Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader?" That he got to be Batman. Stupid, I know, but Neil Gaiman wrote it, what do you expect?

Wouldn't that be awesome? He'd have to swing around the city, leaving smelly brown strings everwhere, take Mary Jane on dates with that special cologne...Dude, when I get to write at Mrvel, I'm making this happen!

It's funny because from an anatomical standpoint, spiders don't shoot webs from their asses.

'Twas a joke, SG. I'm quite aware, as I'm sure most members here are, that spiders do not actually shoot web from their ass, but from a spinneret which is near their ass.

Don't you mean a "semantic standpoint"?

Meh... :P

Video showcasing the new "web rush" mechanic. It looks pretty cool... but I feel I will be confused as all hell.

So umm....Anyone in the mood to fight a more beastly like Scorpion that was created from the use of the venom symbiote?

VIDEO GAMES: THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Will Be Linked To Symbiote And Doc Ock

Beenox and Activision put out another trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man game this week, and this one shows us what the Scorpion looks like. As previously reported, this version of the Scorpion was created by Dr. Otto Octavius, by injecting human DNA into a scorpion, along with a bit of what sounds like the Venom symbiote, retrieved from an Oscorp satellite.

It they said before that while mentioned, doc ock and the symbiote will NOT be seen in the game. So I am betting black suit skin is a no go...

Which I am kind of releived. The black suit has had ENOUGH exposure since Spider-Man 3.
