All of you are correct. Dino Stalker
is the third game in Capcom's Survivor
series. It followed Resident Evil Survivor
and Resident Evil Survivor 2: Code Veronica
, and preceded Resident Evil: Dead Aim
. Survivor 2
was the only title never released in the United States, and while it's based on Code Veronica
, it features enemies from Resident Evil 3, including the Nemesis.

Initially, Resident Evil
was going to be a first person shooter, and early adverts showed as much. Furthermore, Resident Evil
came out in 1996, which is the year Sega started developing the first House of the Dead
, which wasn't released until 1997. It can be argued that Sega was cashing in on Resident Evil
. As for Resident Evil
games featuring first person perspective, it doesn't bother me. That's what Capcom wanted to do in the first place, and that's the reason there are first person sequences in the DS version of Resident Evil
I agree with everyone that Dino Crisis 3
is pretty terribad. I prefer the second game for its story and faster gameplay.
