Who would you rank as the top 5 T&C fighters of the showa era


1. King Kong:
Beat Godzilla and lightining only further increase his T&C power. Then even though it was a differnt monster it broke Gorosaurs jaw and battling machini-kong


2.Godzilla 70's:
Godzilla in the 70's was the diffination of fighting machine. Godzilla even used his hand to hand combat skills over his atomic breath and he took out King Ghidorah and Gigan almost by himself.

3. Titanosaurs:
Even though he had a MechaGodzilla with him Titanosaurs was able to hand to hand fight with Godzilla 70's and hold his own well.


4.MechaGodzilla 74:
MechaGodzilla 74 was given the order beat godzilla to death and almost did it but unable to make a fist would put he down the list.

5.Rodan:
Rodan was the difination of T&C in the 60's but like MechaGodzilla Rodan has no fist and can't T&C to the fullest.

1) Godzilla because his electric attack, His atomic fire, His punching and kicking and hes the king of the monsters!
2) MechaGodzilla because he has everything, a beam, misses from everywhere , he broke Angurius's jaw, and he nearly defeated both King Ceaser and Godzilla on his own.
3)Angurius because of his never say die attitude he survived a 100 foot fall drop, he was basically one of the three who killed Ghidorah, and no matter how much you kill him there will always be another Anguriurs.
4)King Ghidorah because he is just powerful, he was brave enough to fight against 10 monsters so he does deserve his credit and all of the fights hes been in.
5} Gigan because he was the first monster to make Godzilla to bleed and the fact that he has two scythes and a saw stomach so he is powerful.

Godzilla- He took on Ghidorah and Gigan and won practically all by himself. He has plenty of expirence fighting tooth and claw with a variety of other Kaij.

Anguirus- Practically the definition of T&C, he fights with no help beam weapons and doesnt give up, even when the odds are stack up against him.

Rodan- Able to hold his own againat likes of Goji.

Gorosaurus- He was able to fight on even ground against King Ghidorah, dealing a devastating blow the the Space Tyrant.

Titanosuarus-A excelllent T&C fighter that fought on par with the King himself.

1. 70's Godzilla - I really don't think this one needs an explanation.

2. Gigan - His Hammer Claws are pretty gnarly, and he knows how to use them. Then of course there's his abdominal saw, which could potentially spell doom for most kaiju if it hits a vital area (i.e. the neck).

3. Titanosaurus - Easily has the most raw power of anyone on the list. Effortlessly lifted Godzilla off the ground with just his neck strength, sent Godzilla swinging up several times with just punches, and punted Godzilla Gwangi knows how far.

4. Jet Jaguar - Kung Fu skillz.

5. DAM Gorosaurus - He's got some impressive raw strength, but for the most part he's slightly above average at best. HOWEVER, his Kangaroo Kick alone is reason enough to earn him a spot on this list, being able to one-shot damn near any kaiju it hits.

1. 70's/Showa Godzilla
2. Toho Kong (mainly KKvG version)
3. Titanosaurus
4. Showa Mechagodzilla
5. Gigan

And 6 would be Rodan.

Yeah..I think I might bump Gigan up in front of Kong actually. I don't see Kong doing too well if he was up close and personal against Gigan. I think I might bump Showa MG off the list in favor of Jet Jaguar. MG's "T&C" skills were good..but didn't work so well against the King himself.

Mad props to Rodan and Gorosaurus as well. Oh, and especially the Frankenstein family (Franky, Gaira & Sanda).
