The green G2000 is the one I won an auction for, the black seems to be more rare.

Yeah, the black is slightly harder to come by. I had the choice to buy either at the time I got mine but, rarity be damned, I just plain liked the green better. It was our first G-Suit that was legitimately that color, plus it really jazzes up a shelf full of gray/black Godzys.

Ugh, my wallet is on the verge of murdering me now!

I bought my first X-Plus Toho Large Monsters Series figure just now, Gigan, from HobbySearch. http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10174024
I've been eyeing this one for a while, as well as the Godzilla '64. However, since the latter was sold out, and I have no intention of buying the 1967 version, I went along with Gigan, which is a BEAUTIFUL sculpt. However I will not make buying X-Plus figures a habit though, since they are indeed expensive figures. Eventually I just want to find a decent Godzilla figure from the Showa era to buy as well in the coming months.

Wow... he seems pretty huge. That's my personal favorite stylized G 64. The Pilot Ace G 62 is also my favorite stylized representation of that incarnation. Love the color on him.

He's about an inch taller than the Marmit Monster Heaven version and proportionately bulkier.

I bought the black version off a seller on Skreeonk.com for $15. He puts out some insanely great deals.

I REALLY like the black with pink spines look.

I saw that come up, and I was almost tempted. I had too many other figs to buy from him, though. :huge:

I've been eye-ing up that Gigan as well. Don't know if I want to go through with it or not. I just hate how X-Plus divides up their scales. I like to have everything scale together as much as possible. But they come out with cool things in both 25 and 30cm scales...

I feel the same way with you to a degree. For me, I like to buy molds that I personally like, never minding the scale.
With a figure like Gigan, I can live with having the 25cm version, but a figure like Godzilla '89, then definitely I NEED to have it 30cm or bigger.

Recently forum member Leunames helped me get an X-Plus Gorosaurus - thanks again! Then this last Sunday I bought the 30cm X-Plus Gigan in great shape off eBay! Those were great buys for me :-)
